Description Based on the principle of magnetic beads separation and purification, FineMag Plasma Circulating DNA Maxi Kit is suitable for purification of high quality cir- culating nucleic acid from 0.5-10mL serum and plasma.There is no need to use toxic phenol and chlo- roform during the extraction process, no time-con- suming alcohol precipitation. The kit can be integrated with magnetic rod or pipetting method of automatic nucleic acid extractor for high-throughput extraction, or manual operation.
