This machine is used for the research and production of paintball and bath ball.It is improved according to the features of paintball production and on the basis of the softgel encapsulation machine. It has stable performance, lower cost, precise volume and high degree of automation. The liquid level of the gelation box is controlled by the level sensor ande the injector adopts new temperature controlling system, so the temperature is stable and can be controlled precisely the touch screen is designed reasonable and it is easy to learn and operate. The maximum capacity is about 10800 pcs/h.

Working Principle

Encapsulation Principle of Paintball

First the machine spreads out the gel onto a cooling drum.This creates a continuous thin sheet of gel called the “gel ribbon”.This drum cools the gel to the point where it can be moulded into the hollow shell of the ball.The machine presses the gel ribbon into a die with half circle paintball cavities,each forming one half of ball shell.The machine does the next 3 steps in one shot:It aligns the two half shells together to form a hollow ball,injects the fill and seals the two half shells together.The paintballs we have for games are produced in this way.
