According to the ITU-T G.984 standard, the Building Type ONU, offers 8*10/100/1000M Ethernet interface, 1 GPON interface. It also has a 2.5G downlink interface and a 1.25G uplink interface. The 8GE GPON ONU can offer a complete triple play service that includes voice, video (IPTV or VoD), and high-speed Internet access. The Triple Play application, which is an appropriateFTTx application solution, can support data, CATV, VOIP, and CATV services.
