FRP tank winding machine Computer-controlled vertical winding machine is the most advanced ultra-large diameter winding machine developed by our company on the basis of absorbing foreign advanced technology. The machine is controlled by microcomputer and is especially suitable for on-site winding of large-diameter glass fiber reinforced plastic storage tank. Using the appropriate mandrel, the machine can be wound 4 meters to 25 meters of FRP storage tank. The control center of this machine adopts the PC industrial computer which is produced in Taiwan of China and inputs the parameters of the winding product. The microcomputer can automatically design the winding pattern of the product and then control the composite movement of the mandrel rotation and the up-down movement of the car, Resin fibers evenly distributed regularly in the product liners. The winding machine is a combination of technology and science, such as the rotation of the mandrel, the car moves up and down, winding tape laying, etc. are controlled by the software through the computer. The machine winding glass steel products, widely used in chemical, petroleum, brewing and other fields. The aircraft is reasonable in structure, innovative design, easy operation, reasonable man-machine interface, by the FRP colleagues of all ages.
