S2215 is an basic coated ultra-low carbon duplex stainless steel electrode. The deposited metal contains 40%-50% ferrite. It has excellent mechanical properties and corrosion resistance, especially reliable chloride corrosion resistance. And high resistance to pitting corrosion. It adopts DC reverse connection and can be welded in all positions.
Used for welding ultra-low carbon 022Cr22Ni5Mo3N, SAF2205 and other duplex stainless steels.

 Attention:

1. The electrode must be baked at 300°C for 1 hour before welding, and used as it is baked.
2. Try to use small current and short arc welding when welding.
3. The weldments must be cleaned of rust, oil stains, moisture and other impurities before welding.

4. Try to use small current and short arc when welding, and the swing width should not exceed 2.5 times the diameter.
