DKJ series electric actuator is an all-electronic new product successfully developed by our plant on the basis of the ordinary type DKJ electric actuator by absorbing foreign advanced technology and applying new foreign technology and new devices, and it has intelligent functions with integration of control circuit and the mechanism. DKJ type electric actuator can directly accept DCS from a computer or 4-20mA or 1-5V from various regulating units,automatically control various dampers, valves, baffles and other regulating mechanisms without additional configuration of servo amplifier, and it can be widely applied to power stations, metallurgy, petroleum,chemical and other industries.

DKJ series electric actuator has the field manual function, so that the actuator can be adjusted in the field. If provided with DFD type electric Manipulator, it can complete undisturbed switching of "Manual Automatic" of the remote regulating system and remote manual operation on an object to be regulated.

1.The product has reasonable structure, strict production technology and quality management, so that the high reliability of the actuator is ensured, with Mean Time Between Failure (MTBF) >25000 hours.2.The position transmitter switching circuit has high induced voltage resistance, and its performance exceeds similar products at home and abroad.

3.The travel control cams can be independently adjusted without interference, so that the adjustment is easy and convenient.

4.The AC single-phase motor is used in the high torque actuator to bring convenience to the use of the automatic control system.

5.The motor brake wheel made of special materials has the characteristics of reliable braking, long service life, and superior to similar products.

The following letters represent the different control features and conjunctive modes when combine with the prefix DKJ, SKJ and ZKJ of quarter-turn electric actuator.

1. M type means switch-type module actuation.

2. D type and DY-J type means electronic type(regulating) module actuation.

3. Z type means direct-connected actuation. ZM type is switch-type direct-connected actuation. ZD type is electronic direct-connected actuation.

4. B type means explosive-proof actuation. BM type is switch-type explosive-proof actuation. BD type is electronic explosive-proof actuation.

5. F type means electronic(regulating) module actuation.

6. Y type means electronic(regulating) module actuation.

7. EX type means explosive-proof or intelligent digital display regulating actuation.

8. CX type means the actuator has signal feedback DC 4-20mA with electric limit switch indication.
