This is a fully automatic poultry scalding and plucking processing line. With blood draining system, it just needs one operator to kill the chickens and throw them into the inlet of scalding machine, then, it will drain the blood automatically, scald and convey to the plucking machine automatically, and also release the chickens after scalding and plucking automatically.

Scalding and plucking machine are equipped with automatic discharging system, powered by air cylinder. 3.Scalding machine is equipped with conveying system, blood draining system, water bubble system, temperature control system and automatic discharging system. 4.
