This is a fully automatic poultry scalding and plucking processing line. With blood draining system, it just needs one operator to kill the chickens and throw them into the inlet of scalding machine, then, it will drain the blood automatically, scald and convey to the plucking machine automatically, and also release the chickens after scalding and plucking automatically.

Advantages: 1. Suitable for chicken, pigeon and quail. 2. Scalding and plucking machine are equipped with automatic discharging system, powered by air cylinder. 3.Scalding machine is equipped with conveying system, blood draining system, water bubble system, temperature control system and automatic discharging system. 4. Feather plucking rate is high to 99%. 5. Scalding and plucking and also door opening time all adjustable.

A:We'll use standard packaging material and take picture for all equipment to you before the shipment. Please. do not open the package if you find the outer package is damaged.
