This is a fully automatic poultry scalding and plucking processing line. With blood draining system, it just needs one operator to kill the chickens and throw them into the inlet of scalding machine, then, it will drain the blood automatically, scald and convey to the plucking machine automatically, and also release the chickens after scalding and plucking automatically.

Advantages: 1. Suitable for chicken,pigeon and quail. 2. Scalding and plucking machine are equipped with automatic discharging system, powered by air cylinder. 3.Scalding machine is equipped with conveying system, blood draining system, water bubble system, temperature control system and automatic discharging system. 4. Feather plucking rate is high to 99%. 5. Scalding and plucking and also door opening time all adjustable.

A: We should confirm the below information with you firstly,then we could offer proper plan to you. (1) Do you have the drawing of work place? (2) How many square meters of your production room ? (3) what is the final products do you need ? whole chicken,portion parts/split or others' products ? (4)Voltage/frequency also need to be considered. Please reconfirm . (5) The biggest slaughter capacity per day? (6)other information should be confirmed depend on the negotiation 2. Q: We don't have experience on how to build a poultry slaughter house. Can you offer full support ? A: Yes, we can offer service with the customer information of layout, project plan and other information. 3. Q:How do you ensure that I received the equipment undamaged? A:We'll use standard packaging material and take picture for all equipment to you before the shipment. Please. do not open the package if you find the outer package is damaged. Please take a picture of the damaged package or equipment and send it to us. We'll then make a solution plan for it and discuss the replacement or debit. 4. Q: How will you ship your products?
