GDF fluoroplastic liner pipeline centrifugal vertical pump
GDF Fluoroplastic liner pipeline pump is designed and made at the base of ISG general vertical pipeline centrifugal pump. The flow parts are made of metal (cast iron) lined with fluoroplastic FEP/PTFE/PFA by high temperature molding. FEP/PFA pump is equipped with external bellows type mechanical seal. The pump has strong corrosion resistance and can replace 316L stainless steel, titanium alloy and other precious metals pump.

1, the pump is a vertical structure, the inlet and outlet diameter is the same, and locate in the same center line. The pump with a protective cover can be placed in the outdoor use.
2. Impeller directly is installed in the motor bearing to effectively balance the radial and axial loading and ensure the pump operation balance, no vibration and low noise.
3, the shaft seal adopts the mechanical seal and mechanical seal (ordinary type and anti-particle type, wear-resisting and anti-corrosion) and can effectively increase the service life of the mechanical seal.
4, It can be used according to the requirements of flow and head and pump can work in series or parallel installation.
GDF type fluorine lined pipeline pump is suitable for long-term transportation of acid, alkali liquor, oxidant, and other corrosive liquids at -85℃~+200℃.
