FSY, WSY vertical FRP submerged pump
FSY type and WSY Type vertical fiberglass submerged pump are two types of pumps produced by our company. FSY type vertical fiberglass submerged centrifugal pump and WSY vertical fiberglass submerged vortex pump.
Submerged pumps
FSY and WSY vertical fiberglass submerged pump are all immersible into the tank and submerged depth of pump is between 800mm and 3000mm. As long as the liquid is higher than the pump body, FSY type and WSY type pump can work without filling. There is a leakage hole under the flat cover plate to prevent the liquid from leaking out of the storage tank.
Material: FRP
The flow parts which contact with liquid are for polyvinyl butyral modified phenolic glass fiber, high temperature molding phenolic FRP material. The connecting tube and fluid pipe are made of rolled semi dry process phenolic fiberglass pipe. The impeller shaft sleeve assembly all use phenolic daub and pump shaft stick into an organic whole. The parts assembly under liquid are for phenolic daub binder. The wet parts for pump are all for fiberglass reinforced plastic. No metal material contacts with the fluids.
Features:
Corrosion resistance performance is absolutely reliable. Pump has light weight, high strength, no deformation, heat resistance, corrosion resistance and other excellent properties. FSY type and WSY type vertical fiberglass submerged pump can partially replace precious metals pumps such as molybdenum containing stainless steel, titanium and titanium alloy pumps.
Rotation direction: the pump is driven directly by the motor through the claw type elastic coupling, and the pump rotates clockwise from the motor end.
Application:
FSY, WSY vertical FRP submerged pump is widely used in chemical, petrochemical, refining, dyestuff, pesticide, pharmaceutical, rare earth, fertilizer and other industries. Pumped liquid is without suspended solid particles, not easily crystallized. Liquid temperature is not higher than 100 ℃. Pumped liquids: all kinds of oxidizing acid (hydrochloric acid, thin sulfuric acid, formic acid, acetic acid, butyric acid) of corrosive liquids.
