LXLZ Paper pulp centrifugal pump
single-stage single-suction cantilever centrifugal pulp pump is a new type of pulp pump to meet the requirements of paper making and pulping enterprises. It is Widely used in papermaking, pulp enterprises to transport fine pulp or slurry with concentration less than 6%.
Features:
The pump is a single-stage single-suction cantilever type rear door structure and it need not remove the pipeline during maintenance.
2. The inlet and outlet flanges of the pump are designed at a pressure of 1.6mpa.
3. impeller: semi-open or open impeller with three-blade or four-blade structure. The flow path is increased. It can smoothly transport up to 6% concentration of fine slurry. It is also suitable for medium containing a certain amount of gas.
4. Impeller is casted and tested by dynamic balance .
5, wear plate and impeller clearance can be adjusted through the pump body on the adjusting bolt. It can make the impeller and wear plate to maintain a constant clearance, so as to improve the efficiency of the pump.
6. Shaft seal: single end face mechanical seal without cooling water and packing seal.
7, impeller is fixed with impeller bolts and gasket to ensure the safe and reliable operation
Application and advantages:
LXLZ pulp pump can be widely used in paper pulp, , sugar, starch etc. industries, metallurgy, mining, electric power, papermaking, building materials, communications and water conservancy and urban sewage departments to transport solid-liquid two-phase medium.
