Vertical mounted caliper disc brake with cylinder head
Vertical mounted caliper disc brake is air source driven, it is equiped with air cylinder head. Its installation is very easy, fixe this brake in worktable via screws is finished.There are three kinds of cylinder head available, 3#, 4# and 5#. Different cylinder head, its air volume capacity is different. For 3# cylinder head, its air volume capacity is 10cm3, 20cm3, 40cm3.
DBG pneumatic caliper disc brake is a vertical mounted brake. It is friction type air applied brake. After supplying air pressure, two friction pads clamped braking disc plate, making it stopped. After exhausting air pressure, springs make two friction pads back, brake released, then braking disc plate rotating continous.

No matter their braking plate thickness, these brakes' braking force is determined by braking disk diameter and air pressure.
