VT replaceable reel holding mouth safety chuck

Safety chuck is widely used in roller industrials. For the manual flange and pillow safety chuck, except standard square size model, there is a special VT insert safety chuck. It is with four kinds of customized holding mouths: VT1 square insert, VT2 45° square insert, VT6 triangle insert and VT7 round insert. VT insert safety chuck is suitable for flange and pillow mounted.

For this exchangeable insert safety chuck, shaft holding mouth is interchangeable. The loading shaft and shaft holding mouth friction during working, after long time usage, holding mouth will be abrasion. In this case, just replace VT insert and keep whole structure is ok. This type of safety chuck is economic and can save energy for user.

Safety chuck is a fast connection equipment, used for reel shaft winding and unwinding, so as to save reel shaft loading and unloading time. It doesn’t need to remove machine structure when exchange reel shaft each time, safe and economic, make sure working more efficient.
