PWDL multi-suction head vertical sewage pump:
PWDL multi-suction head vetical sewage pump adopts single (double) flow channel, single (double) blade structure and has the advantages of no blockage, no leakage, compact structure, small size, smooth operation, small vibration, high reliability, easy installation, easy operation and automatic control etc.
PWDL vertical sewage pump is for double suction centrifugal sewage submersible pump with open impeller and the flow parts are made of ductile iron material. The pump consists of vertical motor and pump. The motor and pump are connected by shaft coupling. Each pump has four suction head and they are also for the stand of the pump.
Features:
1, multiple suction head: each pump has 4 suction head, distributed in the center of the pump pit and every corner, so the suction head reserve rate is high, water absorption scope is large, less pump pit deposition.
2.With stirring: an agitator is installed at the lower part of the main suction head to stir up the sediment in the pump pit, which can effectively prevent the suction head from blocking and pump pit deposition.
3. Reamer: a metal reamer is arranged on the upper part of the mixing wheel, which can break up the fiber materials (such as gloves, rags and plastics) in the sewage, effectively preventing the suction head from blocking.
4, The four suction heads are also used for support bracket of the pump.
Application:
Multi-head vertical submersible sewage pump is mainly used in metallurgy, mining, power, coal, paper, light textile, building materials, machinery, municipal engineering and other industrial production departments as pulp, mud, mortar, pulp and other pulp conveying equipment.
1. The temperature of the conveying medium shall not exceed +40℃;
2. The PH value of the conveying medium is 4 ~ 10;
3. Voltage: 380V, 50Hz;
4. Sewage passing capacity: solid particles are 30% of the discharge diameter, and the fiber length is 3 times of the outlet diameter.
