Horizontal fluoroplastic centrifugal pump

Pump body, pump cover, impeller and shaft sleeve are made of fluorine plastic (FEP/F46) with metal insert. Shaft seal is bellows mechanical seal and static ring of 99% alumina ceramic or silicon nitride and dynamic ring of PTFE lining. The fluoroplastic material of FEP/F46 has the very good corrosion resistance.

The disassembly of the pump

1.Pump and motor are connected by claw coupling. When disassembling, first loosen 4 connection bolts between bracket and base, so as to detach pump and motor.

2.Loosen the connection bolt on the back cover of the pump body. Tap the pump body with a wooden handle to detach.

3.Loosen the hanging bolt in the coupling between the vane shaft and the pump shaft with Morse taper.

4.Loosen the mechanical seal! The screw is not fixed, tap the hanging bolt in the center of the coupling shaft with a wooden hammer, loosen the mohs taper of the blade shaft and the pump shaft, then pull out the moving ring of the impeller, back cover and seal.

5.Loosen the left and right gland screws of the pump shaft. Remove the pump shaft, bearing and clean the oil chamber of the support.

Install the fixing bolt on the dynamic ring, static ring, back cover, gland, impeller and pump body of the seal in the reverse order of disassembly.
