FS type glass fiber reinforced plastic centrifugal pump,
The flow parts which contact with liquids are made of polyvinyl butanal, modified phenolic glass fiber material through high temperature molding. The pump has good corrosion resistance, high temperature resistance, light weight, high specific strength, no deformation, etc. The shaft seal adopts the normal type and the particle resistant type machine seal with reasonable structure and less power consumption. WB2 external mechanical seal or F-corrugated mechanical seal.
Common iron and steel, stainless steel, aluminum and lead and other engineering materials is used for hydrochloric acid and there is the serious corrosion is serious. So the steel, iron, aluminum etc. materials is not applicable for HCL.
Most plastics have excellent corrosion resistance to hydrochloric acid. A kind of plastics can resistant all hydrochloric acid with various concentrations and boiling point, such as phenolic (glass fiber reinforced plastic), furan, polytrifluoroethylene, polytetrafluoroethylene, polyperfluoroethylene, polyvinylidene fluoride, etc.
FS Phenolic resin (fiberglass reinforced plastic centrifugal pump) is applicable to convey the non-oxidizing acid (hydrochloric acid, dilute sulfuric acid, phosphoric acid, etc.), salt solution, water and has good corrosion resistance. It is not applicable for alkali and oxidizing acid (nitric acid, chromic acid, etc.) and will have the corrosion.

FS type FRP centrifugal pump is mainly used in petrochemical, smelting, dye, printing and dyeing, pesticide, pharmaceutical, rare earth, leather and other industries to convey non-oxidizing acid (hydrochloric acid, dilute sulfuric acid, formic acid, acetic acid, butyric acid) and other corrosive media. The corrosive liquid is without solid particles, not easy to crystallize and liquid temperature is not higher than 100℃.
The connection way between the pump and motor can be for shaft coupling or closed coupling.
