How to use vacuum drying oven?
(1) open the power switch of the cabinet panel
(1) lift the door handle up, close the door and press the door handle down.
(2) close the vent valve and open the panel vacuum valve switch.
(3) connect the vacuum pump connected with the vacuum tube to the power supply and start pumping. When the indicator of the vacuum gauge on the panel reaches -0.1mpa, turn off the vacuum valve switch and the vacuum pump power supply. At this point, the cabinet is in a vacuum state, and the vacuum pump commissioning is finished.
1. After the controller is powered on, the upper row of the display window displays "index number and version number", and the lower row displays "range value", which will enter the normal display state after about 3 seconds.
2. Reference and setting of temperature and constant temperature time
1) if there is no constant temperature timing function:
Click the "set" button to enter the temperature setting state. The display window displays the prompt "SP" in the bottom row, and the upper row displays the temperature setting value (the first ones are flashing). You can change the required setting value by shifting, increasing or decreasing the key. Click "set" again, exit the set state, and the modified set value will be saved automatically. In this setting, if no key is pressed within 1 minute, the controller will automatically return to the normal display state.
2) if there is a constant temperature timing function
Click the "set" button to enter the temperature setting state. The prompt "SP" is displayed in the bottom row of the display window. Then click "set" to enter the constant temperature time setting state. The display window displays the prompt "ST" in the lower row, and the upper row displays the constant temperature time setting value (the first unit value flashes). Click "set" again, exit the set state, and the modified set value will be saved automatically.
When the constant temperature time is set to "0", it means that there is no timing function, the controller runs continuously, and the lower row of the display window displays the temperature setting value; When set to "0", display window bottom running time or temperature set point (see seven. The internal parameters of the running time display mode in table - 2 (the value of the parameters of the NDT)), when the running time is displayed lower bits decimal point light, such as measuring temperature reach the set temperature, the timer timing starts, lower bits decimal point, time to time, run over, display window bottom "End", buzzer di chirping, beep after 1 minute to stop singing. After running, long press "reduce" for 3 seconds to restart running.
Note: in the timing process, if the temperature set value is increased, the meter will start the timing again from 0. If the temperature set value is decreased, the meter will continue to keep the timing.
3. Sensor anomaly indication
If "--" is displayed in the upper row of the display window, indicating the temperature sensor failure or the temperature exceeding the measurement range or the fault of the controller itself, the controller will automatically disconnect the heating output, the buzzer will continue to beep, and the warning light is always on, please carefully check the temperature sensor and its wiring.
4. When the upper deviation overtemperature prompts, the buzzer beeps and beeps, and the "ALM" warning light is always on; When the next deviation is prompted, the buzzer beeps and beeps, and the "ALM" warning light flashes. If the overtemperature warning is generated by changing the temperature setting value, the "ALM" warning light lights up, but the buzzer does not beep.
5. You can press any key to silence the buzzer.
6. "Shift" key: click this key in the setting state to change the set value shift and blink.
7. "Reduce" key: click this key in the setting state to make the set value decrease. Long press this key to make the set value decrease continuously.
8. "Add" button: click this button in the setting state to increase the set value. Long press this button to increase the set value continuously.
9. If no key is pressed within 1 minute in the set state, the controller will automatically return to the normal display state.
(ii) system self-setting
When the temperature control effect is not ideal, the system can be self-tuning. In the process of self-setting, the temperature will have a large overshoot. Please fully consider this factor before self-setting the system.
In the non-setting state, long press the "shift/self-tuning" button for 6 seconds to enter the system self-tuning program, and the "AT" indicator light flashes. After the end of tuning, the indicator light stops flashing, and the controller will get a better set of system PID parameters, and the parameter value will be automatically saved. During the system self-tuning process, long press the "shift/self-tuning" key for 6 seconds to stop the self-tuning program.
In the process of self-tuning of the system, if there is an overtemperature warning due to the upper deviation, the "ALM" warning light will not be on and the buzzer will not beep, but the heating warning relay will be disconnected automatically. The "set" key is invalid during system self-tuning. The lower row of the display window of the controller always displays the temperature setting value, regardless of whether the constant temperature time is set or not.
(iii) refer to and set the internal parameters of temperature
Long press the setting key for about 3 seconds, the lower row of the controller display window displays the password prompt "Lc", and the upper row displays the password value, which is modified to the required password value by increasing, decreasing and shifting the keys. If the password value is not correct, the controller will automatically return to the normal display state. If the password value is correct, the controller will enter the temperature internal parameter setting state, and then click the setting key to modify each parameter in turn. Press the setting button for another 3 seconds to exit the state, and the parameter value will be saved automatically.
