SH102D automatic thermostatic oil densitometer is suitable for measuring liquid density and relative density. This method is based on the principle of different oscillatory frequency when the double U tube is filled with different media. Conformance with GB/T2013-2010 and GB/T29617-2013. After the liquid is pumped into the resonant cylinder sensor, the measurement data is processed by single chip microcomputer, which is fast and direct, and has high sensitivity. It is made up of double tuning fork density sensor, vibrating cylinder circuit, temperature measuring circuit, CPU, display, thermostatic tank, feed pump and control panel. Performance characteristics
1, constant temperature control: because the density of liquid is greatly affected by temperature, the density of liquid measured at real time temperature should be converted to the density of liquid at 20 ℃. The instrument adopts constant temperature slot control, seals the sensor, its parts and sample liquid in the constant temperature tank, detects the temperature of the oscillating tube (sample liquid) through the temperature sensor, and controls the cooling or heating of the electronic component through the single chip microcomputer. The temperature in the constant temperature tank is kept in the range of 20 ℃ ±0.1 ℃. This not only solves the trouble and error caused by conversion, but also ensures the measuring accuracy, stability and repeatability of the instrument (constant temperature value can be customized according to the user's requirement).
2. The density of liquid is directly displayed at 20 ℃, and the temperature is displayed. The oscillation frequency of the sensor is detected by single chip microcomputer. The density of liquid is calculated by using the mathematical model of the relationship between sensor frequency and liquid density, and then floating-point operation is carried out. In the course of operation, no extra error will be caused because the number of bits is not enough, and the accuracy of the measurement results can be ensured. The density value calculated by single-chip computer is displayed by five-digit digital code and temperature display window.
3. Automatic sampling: a single-chip microcomputer is adopted to control the suction sample of the step motor to drive the peristaltic pump, and the degree of automation of the product is improved.
4. Acid and alkali resistance pipeline: direct contact with the liquid are imported acid and alkali pipe, to ensure that the instrument can measure acid and base solution.
5. Data storage and transmission: built-in memory chip, can store 80 groups of test data, and callback and delete. Can be based on user requirements through 232 interface and computer connection (customized).
6 Calibration function: The instrument can drift when the instrument is not in use for a long time. The instrument can be calibrated with 20 ℃ pure water as the standard, which is the function of the glass densimeter.
