SH302B automatic oil particle counter is used to detect the size and quantity of solid particles in liquid. It can be widely used in aerospace, electric power, petroleum, chemical industry, transportation, port, metallurgy, machinery, automobile manufacturing and other fields. Oil such as lubricating oil, rock sheet oil, transformer oil (insulation oil), turbine oil (turbine oil), gear oil, engine oil, aviation kerosene, water-based hydraulic oil, etc., for the detection of solid particle contamination, and for organic liquids, The insoluble particles were detected in polymer solution.
The automatic oil particle counter uses the "photoresistive method" to measure the particles, and adopts the classical methods of NAS1638 and ISO4406, in the oil industry. According to the requirements of the users, it can build in many kinds of standards required by the users. Precision syringe sampling system realizes constant sampling speed and accurate control of sampling volume.
