This type of hydraulic pump is an inclined disk type axial piston hydraulic pump driven by a through shaft in an open loop. It can be used in combination of single pump and multiple pumps.
Hydraulic oil recommendation
It is recommended to use high quality mineral oil-based hydraulic oils, such as HLP oils that meet the requirements of Part 2 of DIN 51524. For general use, Brugger value must be greater than 30N/mm2; for heavy-duty hydraulic equipment and fast circulation and/or hydraulic systems with heavy-duty dynamic load, Brugger value must be greater than 50N/mm2, and Brugger value should be measured in accordance with DIN 51347-2. Details can be found in document HY30-3248/UK, Hydraulic Oil for Parker PV Series Axial Piston Pumps.
viscosity
In normal operation, the range of oil viscosity should be 16 to 100 mm2/s (cSt), and the maximum allowable viscosity at start-up should be 800 mm2/s (cSt).
Filtration requirements
In order to maximize the function and prolong the service life of the hydraulic pump and other hydraulic components in the system, effective filtering measures should be taken to protect the system from pollution. The cleanliness of oil is assessed according to ISO 4406:1999 solid particle contamination grade, and the oil is filtered and purified by filters. The quality of filter element should conform to the relevant standards of ISO. For general hydraulic systems, the oil contamination level required to ensure their satisfactory operation is not higher than the 20/18/15 stipulated in ISO 4406:1999. If long service life of hydraulic components is required, the oil contamination level shall not be higher than 18/16/13 stipulated in ISO 4406:1999.
Sealing element
Check the technical conditions of hydraulic fluid and its chemical compatibility with sealing materials. Check the applicable temperature range of sealing material and compare it with the temperature range of system operation and environment. N - butadiene rubber - 40... + 90 C note: The highest oil temperature will appear at the outlet of the hydraulic pump, which is 25 C higher than that of the tank.
