Safety instructions
- A11VO pump is designed for use in open circuit.
- Project planning, assembling and commissioning of axial plunger components must be carried out by qualified personnel.
- Work pipeline nozzles and functional nozzles are only designed for hydraulic pipelines.
- Axial plunger components (especially electromagnets) may be at risk of burning during and shortly after operation. Appropriate safety measures (such as wearing protective clothing) should be taken.
- According to the different working conditions (working pressure, oil temperature) of the axial plunger element, the characteristics may change.
- Pressure nozzle:
Oil nozzles and fixed threads are designed for maximum specified pressure. Machine or system manufacturers must ensure that the safety factor of connecting components and pipes meets the specified working conditions (pressure, flow, hydraulic oil, temperature).
- The data and instructions contained here must be followed.
- The following tightening torque is used:
· Thread holes of axial plunger elements:
The maximum allowable tightening torque MG Max is the maximum value for threaded holes and shall not exceed that value.
· Connector:
Refer to the manufacturer's instructions for the tightening torque of the joints used.
· Fixed screw:
With regard to the fixed screw meeting DIN 13, we recommend that the tightening torque of the screw be checked separately according to VDI 2230.
· Locking screw:
For the metal locking screw attached to the axial plunger element, the fastening torque MV required for the locking screw is applied.
- The product components have not been certified and approved according to the general machine safety concept of DIN EN ISO 13849.
