Ship landing airbag for ship launching have the best designed structure which consists of five different functional membranes in rubber layers.
1) Outer Rubber Layer
The outer rubber layer that covers the outside of marine airbag to protect under layers from abrasion and other external forces. This compound
has sufficient tensile and tearing strength to withstand any condition and hard usage.
2) Inner Rubber Layer
The inner rubber layer seals pressurized air inside marine airbags.
3) Synthetic-Tire-Cord Layer as Reinforcement
The reinforcement cord layers, which are made of synthetic-tire-cord commonly used in tires, are arranged at ideal angles to hold the internal pressure and distribute stress evenly. So they can provide strong efficient reinforcement.
Ship landing airbag working pressure
An rubber roller airbag is to be constructed of an outer rubber layer, one or more synthetic-tyre-cord layers, and an inner rubber layer. The arrangement of synthetic-tyre-cord reinforcement layers is shown in the picture below, all materials shall be vulcanized firmly.

The landing ground should be ground or cement concrete, according the tonnage of different ships.
Avoid Sharp Objects(most important):
Make sure no sharp objects and smooth & clean ground during using airbags in case of any break.
Avoid Distortion And Overweight:
Avoid distortion in the length direction during rolling and avoid overweight load after gas charging.
1.The airbags should be maintained in a dry ventilated room and be protected from light.
2.The airbags should be in a relaxed condition free from tension, compression or other deformation.
3.The airbags should be kept away from any heat source.
4.The airbags should be protected from acids, alkalis, oils or organic solvents.
