CQB-G high temperature magnetic drive centrifugal pump (also called as high temperature magnetic pump) is usually composed of motor, magnetic coupling, water cooling device and corrosion resistant centrifugal pump. The main feature is the use of magnetic coupling to transfer power. When the motor drives the external magnetic steel of the magnetic coupling to rotate, the magnetic force line passes through the gap and the spacer sleeve and acts on the internal magnetic steel, making the pump rotor rotate synchronously with the motor and transferring torque without mechanical contact. At the power input end of the pump, because the liquid is enclosed in a static isolation sleeve, there is no dynamic seal and therefore no leakage. The magnetic material of the magnetic coupling adopts the high temperature rare earth permanent magnetic material, which can withstand the high-temperature medium below 280 degrees and maintain strong magnetic torque. A water-cooling device is installed between the motor and the magnetic coupling to prevent the heat transfer of the pumping high-temperature medium to the motor, so as to maintain the normal operation of the motor and achieve leak-free transmission of high-temperature medium.
Magnetic pump is widely used in petroleum, chemical, pharmaceutical, smelting, electroplating, environmental protection, food, film and television printing, water treatment, national defense and other industries. CQB-G high temperature magnetic pump is suitable to convey the liquids with working pressure less than 1.6 mpa and liquid temperature is not over 280 degree Celsius and the density is not greater than 1840 kg/m3, the viscosity is not greater than 30 cm2 / S . The liquid does not contain hard particles and fibers etc impurity.
