High temperature magnetic pump is mainly characterized by the use of magnetic drive of the outer magnetic steel rotation. Magnetic force line through the gap and isolation sleeve acts on the inner magnetic steel to make pump shaft and motor have synchronous rotation,no contact to transfer torque. At the power input end of the pump shaft, the liquid is closed in the static isolation sleeve, and there is no dynamic seal, thus eliminating the inevitable phenomenon of running, running, dripping and leakage in the petrochemical industry, and there is no leakage at all.
This type of magnetic pump is suitable for transporting toxic, harmful, flammable, explosive and precious liquid medium and it is the ideal pump to create no leakage, no pollution civilized workshop, civilized factory.

MT-HTP magnetic pump is suitable for petroleum, chemical, pharmaceutical, electroplating, environmental protection, food, film and television development, water treatment, national defense and other industries. It is an ideal equipment for transporting flammable, explosive, volatile, toxic, precious and corrosive liquids.
MT-HTP high temperature magnetic pump working conditions:
MT - HTP series magnetic pump, the material of flow components with Ⅱ classes and class Ⅲ metal material is given priority to. It also can bring nonmetal lining or hot solid plastic, such as metal magnetic pump. The suction pressure of conveyed liquid must be 0.1MPA greater than the vaporization pressure and the temperature does not exceed 350 degree Celsius. The density is not greater than 1600 kg/m3, the viscosity is not greater than 30 x 10-6 m2 / S .The liquids do not contain particles and fibers etc impurity.
