High viscosity pump is suitable for petroleum, chemical, coating, grease, medicine, dye, food and other industries.
NYP high viscosity rotor pump is used to convey organic acids, fatty acids, alkaline, caustic salts, sodas, polymers, soaps, shampoos, animal fats, vegetable oils, chocolates, and other specialty fluids.

1 high viscosity pump mainly consists of inner and outer rotor, shaft, pump body, pump cover, bracket, seal, bearing and other components.
2.Smooth liquid transportation, no pulsation, small vibration and low noise.
3 high viscosity pump speed and flow are for linear function relationship. Flow can be appropriately changed by changing the speed of pump. High viscosity pump is especially suitable for high viscosity medium. High viscosity pump shaft end is with mechanical seal.
4 . No leakage.
5.NYP high viscosity rotor pump is Suitable for outdoor installation and the fully enclosed magnetic coupling cavity can protect the external magnet from contact with moisture or external materials.
6.A variety of standard sliding bearing materials are available: cast iron, copper, graphite, tungsten carbide.
7.The standard magnet material is ndfeb alloy. Optional samarium cobalt magnets allow operating temperatures of 250 degrees Celsius.
8 .The pump can be sent in both directions.
9. External heating jackets for the front cover and magnetically coupled shielding sleeve are standard optional components.
10.Real back pull design.
11.Standard flange type connection. It is ok to only provide pump head.
