JT-T Moisture meter for textile is a high-performance and digital moisture testing equipment firstly launched in our country by our company based on introduction of foreign advanced technology. 2. Work principle:
This instrument adopted the high frequency principle based on the introduction of the most advanced technology from foreign country. In other words, there is a fixed frequency inside the equipment. Once the moisture of the detected objects carried, the frequency through the sensor will be different. The deference between the frequencies will be displayed in figure after the conversion by current-frequency converter.
3. Features of the instrument
1). JT-T Moisture meter adopts high frequency principle and display of digital LCD screen. Its probes are integrated with the main unit.
2). When measuring the moisture of cloth or textile, there is no need to drill a hole on the targeting objects. Just place the probes on the surface of the targeting objects, then its moisture will be measured. Therefore, no damage will be brought to the surface of the objects.
3). JT-T Moisture meter is characterized in wide moisture-measuring scope, reliable performance and fast measurement. The measuring result will be obtained within one second.
4). Small volume and light weight of the instrument enable the workers to carry it conveniently and conduct on-site measurement quickly. Thus, it is of great help for the on-site workers in moisture measurement.

5. Attentions
1). This Moisture meter works relying on touching the object. The premise of the measurement is fully contact between the three probes and the targeting object.
2). During measurement, hold the bottom part of the instrument, the body of the instrument should be parallel with the targeting object. Then slightly press the three probes on the surface of the object, the instrument will work.
3). As the high frequency is of great penetration, if there was metal around the object, the measuring result may be no accurate. Therefore, during measurement, there should be no metals or other objects around the probe.
