The base paper of thermal DDP is produced from the nitrogenous insulating wood pulp,and diamond coated with special modified epoxy resin on the surface,then cured by phase B.So the thermal DDP has good heat stability,mechanical and electrical properties.It’s ideal material for layer and turn insulation and CTC binding in high overload oil-immersed transformers.
Product Solidification Conditions
Firstly keep 90℃±5℃ for three hours, and then rise temperature to temperature rises to 125℃±5℃,the product will completely solidifies after maintaining for six hours.
Storage
Store in a dry,clean and well-ventilated warehouse, and keep away from fire and heat point, also keep away from the sun. The storage period is one year, qualified products exceeding the storage period can still be used.
