Diamond dotted PMP
PMP is composite by electrical polyester film and two layers of capacitor paper.It has excellent dielectric properties and good mechanical properties.Diamond dotted PMP is to coat the modified epoxy resin on insulating PMP foil in diamond shape,mainly used for layer insulation between coils in voltage instrument transformers with mid and low voltage.At the mold temperature 90℃,the diamond dotted PMP can be bonded with the wire in 2 seconds.During winding process,the foil will protect the wires from any displacement,with the premises to guarantee the coils’ electrical properties and the mechanical properties.This product will crease the yield and the efficiency,and the decrease the production costs of coils,without any pollution.
Condition of fully solidification
Firstly keep 90℃±5℃ for 3 hours, and then rise temperature to 125℃±5℃,the product will completely solidifies after maintaining for six hours.The solidification can be executed according to mutual agreement.
Storage
Diamond dotted PMP should be stored in a dry,clean and well-ventilated warehouse.Temperature exceeding 25℃ should be avoided.The diamond dotted PMP should keep away from fire and heat point, also keep away from the sunshine. The storage period is 6 months, qualified products exceeding the storage period can still be used.
