The working principle of the noodle machine is to press the flour through the relative rotation of the flour roller to form the dough sheet, and then cut through the opposite side of the cutting knife of the front machine head to form the noodles.

Heating part, temperature automatic control, arbitrary setting, heat source can be steam heating, electric heating, thermal oil furnace heating and other heating methods.The air drying section is air drying at room temperature.
