7209A Overcharging test bench shall be designed and made according to the requirements of over-voltage charging test in 5.3. 9.3 of GB/ T 18287-2000. The equipment is controlled by a high-speed and stable controller PLC, measured by a high-precision A/ D conversion module, and all the parameters and the working state of the instrument are displayed and arranged on a 7-inch color touch screen (MT6100iH) in Taiwan, and various parameters are de-energized and memorized; and the human-friendly interface is simple and convenient to operate. The temperature of the battery is detected in real time by using the thermocouple and the Panasonic thermocouple conversion module, and the graph of the temperature and time can be plotted in real time, and the historical data can be queried. And is a special device for testing the life of the battery charge and discharge cycle.

Maintenance:
