The model YNH3120 is a gear hobbing machine designed for cutting spur gears, helical gears and worm wheels. When a chain wheel hob is used, the machine is capable of cutting chain wheels.

The gears can be cut either by the conventional hobbing method or by the climb hobbing method. The machine is therefore well-suited for job-lot or batch production of gears in the machine-building enterprises.
