Brief Introduction

Such vertical gear hobbing machine has following features:

1. It is applicable to produce or process spur gear, helical gear, worm gear and sprocket in batch or piece unit.

2. This machine is provided with the characteristic of excellent steel resistance, high intension, high precision, easy-operating, adjusting and maintaining etc.

3. It can process gear with down milling and up milling method in axial or radial way.

4. According to the requirements of customer, this machine can be equipped with Siemens CNC System(optional) to process crown gear and Small Taper Gear, and it can also heighten or lengthen machine tool.

5. CNC is available, too.

6. This machine is suitable for large batch, small batch and single production of cylindrical spur, helical gears, worm wheel and chain wheel etc. with the process method of continuous cent.

7. This gear hobbing machine with wide bed, has features of good rigidity, high strength and precision, easy operation, adjustment and maintenance etc. Indexing worm gear of work table adopts precise worm wheel machine tool and special worm rod grinding bed for processing, which ensured high index precision. The worm wheel is made of high-quality copper which enhanced capacity of abrasion resistance.

The casting parts of machine tool is processed with precipitation heat treatment, which eliminated casting internal stress and avoided machine tool deformation. Machine bed and column guideway is processed with grinding treatment after quenching, which raised the hardness of guideway surface and enhanced capacity of abrasion resistance.

The adoption of drive gear for grinding and shaving process, which ensured the transmission accuracy.
