Such gear hobbing machine has following features:

1. This machine is suitable for large batch, small batch and single production of cylindrical spur, helical gears, worm wheel and chain wheel etc with the process method of continuous cent.

2. This machine tool with wide bed, has features of good rigidity, high strength and precision, easy operation, adjustment and maintenance etc. This machine has a column set and work table moving structure which is helpful for the stability during processing. Indexing worm gear of work table adopts precise worm wheel machine tool and special worm rod grinding bed for processing, which ensured high index precision. The worm wheel is made of high-quality copper which enhanced capacity of abrasion resistance.
