Application
Through real-time test data ( battery voltage, max, battery temperature, pressure voltage data) to test battery safety performance by crushing & nail-penetration and judge test result on the condition of no flame, smoke, explosion after test.
Function description
Power battery crush and puncture test machine has up to 50KN-5000KN pressure, Driving a large stroke cylinder by an independent hydraulic system , oil cylinder drive the extruding plate to do the test of the extruding and deformation of the battery. The test panel can be adjusted up and down slightly to obtain the best test position.
It could do both piercing and extrusion, and can provide different extrusion deformation and duration according to the set program.
In the work, the corresponding program can be selected according to the purpose of the test, and get the test date you need.

4. Acupuncture Parameter:
1).The surface of the needle is smooth, no corrosion, oxidation layer and oil pollution, high temperature resistance, tip angle 60 degrees.
2)Nail-penetrate Speed: 1mm-50mm/s (adjustable).
3)High Temp. Resistant Steel Needles-φ5mm~φ8mm(for battery cell); φ6mm~φ10mm(for modular experiment)
4)needles used in the module experiment are two forms (a) for independent steel needle, (b) and (c) for parallel structure.The separation distance of needles must be adjustable and the adjustable range is between 100mm-250mm.
Process Performance
1. Four columns horizontal pressure structure, maximum 200KN pressure, could pierce the battery.
2. 800mm oil pressure stroke, operation speed can be adjusted automatically.
3. The test platform has large space, large scope of application and can accommodate multiple batteries at one time.
4. Test platform can be up and down (0-300mm) to obtain different placement height, bearing 300KG. the platform size 800*500mm.
