LPG Tank Summary
With particular emphasis on: strict compliance "Safety Technology Supervision of Stationary Pressure Vessels" to determine the maximum allowable working pressure 1.82MPa, all products in accordance with 1.82MPa pressure to conduct strength calculation than any other company 1.77MPa pressure calculation.
In material procurement, the factory strictly control the process:

7. All LPG tanks are overall stress relief heat treatment. The company has two gas-fired heat treatment furnace as a whole, the largest single party processing capacity of 300 tanks (DN≤4000mm, L total ≤25000mm)
Test (each test point)
1. During manufacturing process, from raw materials to the factory to factory inspection, test settings for each stopping point, effective control of product quality;
2. All main welds 100% X-ray inspection, pipe connecting, welded flange C.D class 100% surface inspection testing to ensure the quality of welding. The company set up NDT room and has certified testing personnel at all levels;
3. The hydraulic test one by one, to ensure the strength of the safety device. tightness test to ensure the sealing performance of the device. After the pressure test, the connections of tank accessories are tested against leakage, using nitrogen.
4. The ultrasonic thickness measurement, to ensure that the parts forming the minimum thickness (especially the head).
5.tanks are blasting cleaning and coated with premium quality paint, primer and finish coat twice.
