Inspection, Test and Acceptance of Low Temperature Tank
1.After inspection of inner cylinder material to make sure it is qualified, and then put into use.
2.Check all weld joint according to GB150.1~150.4-2011 standard, after inspection passed, A and B type weld joint need 100% ray test, C and D type weld joint 100% dye test and issue the test report.
3.After installation of the shell, there will be a test according to GB150.1~150.4-2011 standard for checking of geometric dimension, nozzle orientation and shape deviation.
4.Inspection after pressure test and pressure test report issued, after pressure test of pumping air into vacuum state, after vacuum degree requirements helium leak test.
5.After interlayer leak detection qualified fill perlite in vacuum, vacuum degree meet the requirements of GB/T18442-2011 standard then sealed-off vacuum degree.
6.After tank manufacturing has been completed, the seller notify the buyer to the seller's site for pre-acceptance, acceptance of the project including tank vacuum degree index, the valve instrument configuration, exterior paint quality, whether the factory documents is complete, after the acceptance of the buyer, the seller can deliver goods after signed by both sides.
