SJ-601 is a kind of special basic agglomerated flux which used for welding the stainless steel and high alloy steel.Its alkalinity factor is about1.8,the particle size is 2.0-0.28(10-60).When DC power supply welding,the welding wire should connected to the positive electrode.weld metal putity,low content of harmful elements.When welding the stainless steel ,it almost no need to increas the carboon,it also burning fewer chromium elements.welding the metal and the deposited metal has excellent resistence to intergranular corrosion and resistent to brittle,especially for low carboon and super low carboon steels’ welding.

Matching with the HOCr21Ni10.HOOCR21Ni10.HOOCr19Ni12Mo2

Welding wires,its an important material strucion for welding the stainless steel, high alloy steel , such as petroleum and chemical container and pressure valve.

Note:

1.Before welding should bake 2 hour with 300-350 degree.

2.Before welding must remove the rust,oil,water and other impurities.
