SJ501is aluminum titanium acid sintered flux,basicity factor is 0.5-0.8,particle size is 2.0-0.28mm(10-60).It can used with AD and CD,when CD welding ,the welding wire should connected to the positive electrode,the maximum welding current up to 1000A.It has stable arc combustion,good slag,weld appearance,has a stong resistance to porosity and corrosion resistance.

Application:

Match with the H08A,H08MnA,the flux has low its mechanical properties of deposited metal of impact toughness than the commonly used welding flux 430 and 431.Suitable for welding of low carbon steel,low alloy steel,structual steel,pressure vessel and pipeline steel,it also widely used in boilers ,vessels and container manufacturing industry,the flux can be used for multiple fast welding,welding up to 70m/h,particularly suitable for single-sided welding.

Packing: Plastic-lined paper bag of 25KG each.

Storage:

To ensure the integrity of welding flux over an extended period, flux should be stored indoors in a dry place. Moist flux can be redried at300-350° C for 2 hours. Both heating and cooling must be carried out slowly.
