Advantages of YSFC Roller/Idler 1. All of our products have passed standard set of tests: load capacity tests, wear tests, sealing  against dust and water tests, start and run resistance tests. 2. We use high precision cold-drawn steel which has high brightness and little tolerance. 3. We use deep groove ball bearing with big clearance, it’s C3, C4. And this clearance can make  rollers revolve flexibly. Bearing type is 2RZ and 2RS with oil seal which have advantage in dust  proof.  4.  For seals, the material we can provide has ABS resin, Nylon, Hdpe, Polyurethane, polyform aldehyde and so on. 5. We can assure play radial eccentricity less than 0.5, if have special requirements, it can reach 0.2~0.3. 6. The impact roller's rubber rings of our impact idler can be changed, so it can reduce your cost. 7. The roller's rubber cold resistant -45 degree Celsius and high temperature resistance 120  degree Celsius. The rubber hardness 65-70 SHORE.
