1.Product Structure

The K-ZSTZ15 consists of the sprinkler frame, a thermostatic component, a seal, a splash plate etc., among which the sprinkler frame is a result of using such manufacturing techniques as meticulously forging and pressing copper alloy materials and polishing the outer surface by making it chromium plated, endowing it with such features as frame hardness, anti-corrosiveness and cool looks. The thermostatic component (glass ball) is characterized with the capacity for reliable action and rapid response. The seal is endowed with features such as anti-aging, anti-corrosiveness and tight-sealing. The vertical sprinkler reaches a downward spray of 80%~100%. The glass ball has a diameter of 3mm [RTI≤50(m×s)0.5]. Depending on the temperature of the glass ball in action, the sprinklers are divided into those at various temperature levels.
