1.Product Structure

The ZSTP20 Generic Sprinkler Head consists of the sprinkler frame, a thermostatic component, a seal, a splash plate etc., among which the sprinkler frame is a result of using such manufacturing techniques as meticulously forging and pressing copper alloy materials and polishing the outer surface by making it chromium plated, endowing it with such features as frame hardness, anti-corrosiveness and cool looks. The thermostatic component (glass ball) is characterized with the capacity for reliable action and rapid response. The seal is endowed with features such as anti-aging, anti-corrosiveness and tight-sealing. The downward spray from the sprinkler is 40%~60%. The diameter of the glass ball is 5mm. The glass ball is characterized by its large caliber (DN20). Depending on the temperature of the glass ball when it is acting, the sprinklers are divided into those at various temperature levels.
