1.Product Structure

The ZSTDY15 Concealed Sprinkler Head consists of the sprinkler head frame, a thermostatic component, a seal, a splash plate etc., among which the sprinkler head frame is a result of using such manufacturing techniques as meticulously forging and pressing copper alloy materials and polishing the outer surface by making it chromium plated, endowing it with such features as frame hardness, anti-corrosiveness and cool looks. The thermostatic component (glass ball) is characterized with the capacity for reliable action and rapid response. The seal is endowed with features such as anti-aging, anti-corrosiveness and tight-sealing. The glass ball has a diameter of 5mm [RTI=80(m×s)0.5~350(m×s)0.5] or 3mm [RTI≤50(m×s)0.5]. To the part between the decorative slice and the props, welding at low melting-points is applied (with melting temperatures at 54≤t≤60). The sprinkler is completely hidden inside the decorative slice. In case of fire, the meltdown first occurs in metal welded at low melting points and the decorative slice drops off. As the temperature on the glass ball reaches the level for action, the glass ball explodes and the sprinkler extinguishes the fire by spraying water.
