Concrete Jaw mineral crusher is widely applied to crush high hardness and soft rocks and ores such as ,construction materials, marble,etc,whose pressure resistance is under 320Mpa can reach the size of crushing ratio of 4-6 . The PE series Jaw crushers are used as primary and secondary crushers in mining, metallurgy, construction, highway, railroad, and chemistry industries,etc.

Operating principle:

The motor drives the belt wheel, and makes movable jaw up and down by eccentric shaft. When the movable jaw down, the angle between the fixed jaw and the movable gets smaller, and the materials can be crushed to reach the crushing target. When the movable jaw rises, the angle between the fixed jaw and movable becomes larger, and then the movable jaw plate leaves the fixed one under the function of drawer and spring, and then the crushed materials are discharged from the lower outlet of the crushing cavity.
