APPLICATION:
Series VSS vertical inline pumps are last new product developed and designed by our company, digested and absorbed the newest abroad inline pump technology. Designed and made up to full compliance with API610 8th Edition. The pump occupy less area,facilitate installation. The inlet and outlet are on the same line, they are especially fitted to install to the pipe, to decrease elbow pipe etc.
Series VSS vertical inline pumps are used for pumping liquids for electricity, petrochemical process, chemical and paper industries, for water supply and treatment, and other district for pumping fluid in the process of clean water, petrochemical, natural gas industry or other similar purposes.

CONSTRUCTION
Series VSS are vertical pipeline pumps( maintenance is convenient)
Standard Construction is single-stage, single-suction. Single-stage, double-suction; two-stage single-suction can meet especial need.
Pump and motor are linked by rigidity coupling with long node. The long node can suit for removing the coupling,mechanical seal but not removing the motor,motor base,pump body and discharge pipe etc. examine and repair and maintenance are very convenient and rapid.
1. Pump body
Suction volution is ring with reliable clapboard and discharge is spirality. Double volute casing is used when discharge is big 100mm to reduce radial thrust and bearing loads.
2. Pump cover
Sealing chamber can be selected, it can be used water-cooled chamber or keep-warm chamber. Pump body and pump cover sealed with gaskets or O ring..
3. Impeller
It and shaft droved with key, fixed with impeller nut. As shaft rounding the nut is more tighten and fixed with pin. Single-stage, single-suction impeller used balance holes and rear wear ring; double-suction and double-stages impeller are symmetrically arranged to hydraulic balance.
4. Motor base
It installed on pump body by pump cover. It has two screws for removing it. Its side has two windows for installing or removing coupling,mechanical seal and adjusting the center of motor but needn’t dismantled pump and motor
5. Sealing chamber
Sealing chamber size is in accordance with API682. It is designed to accommodate all single, dual, tandem and cartridge seal configurations. Cartridge seal is standard configure.
6. Coupling
Use longer protruding stiff coupling, sited and centered by edge. Transferred torque by precision screws. Connect pan is used to adjust the center of rotor. The motor coupling is sited by wedge ring. Shaft and impeller, coupling is sliding. To facilitate installation and romove.
7. Guide bearing
It is auxiliary bearing, compliance with decreasing pump vibration, using liquid hydraulic principle, it made of abrade protected and lubricating material.
8. Motor
Using YBGB specialty pipeline pump motor, it is more safety and reliability.
