TRS 3800 MPa Tungsten Carbide rounds with Hardness 92.3 - 92.5 HRA, K40 - K50

Description: 

Cemented carbide essentially consists of two main components: hard metal tungsten carbide (WC) and binding agent Co. Carbide contributes to high hardness property in a most important degree for hard metal WC, while cobalt maintains its relative high toughness at the high level of hardness.

With Hot Isostatic Pressing sintering technique, cemented carbide material is fully consolidated by simultaneous application of heat and pressure, producing a close-to-full-density state. Consequently, the technique greatly optimizes rod’s quality, being more stable and reliable.

1. The two main chemical components are WC and Co.

2. Recommended grades are HF25(K40 - K50), with CO content 12%, WC88%, 92.3-92.5 HRA,  ≥3800 MPa, with its high performance in high-speed light cutting, it is suitable for processing hardened steel.

3. Our tungsten carbide rods are available in imperial standard diameters with fixed length and one end chamfer. And we can provide H6 grinding service. Customization is available by request.

4. The rods offered by us are widely known for their features like excellent hardness, transverse rupture strength, durability.

5. Production process: dosing, wet-milling, pressing, sintering, quality test, finished product, packaging.
