Brief introduction SPJ-6521 is mainly used as pre-film synergist in open-cycle cooling water system of steel, petrochemical, power, oil and other industries, specially apply into the water which has low-alkalinity and low-hardness corrosive water. When the rate of corrosion fluctuate greatly after adding anti-corrosion inhibitor or the effect of pre-film agent is not good, users could add SPJ-6521 into system to change the above condition significantly. SPJ-6521 is an ideal hybrid synergist which is mainly composed by chelating agents, zinc and additives. When mixed use with SPJ series dirt dispersion agent, they can apply in a board range of water quality. When used as anti-corrosion synergist agent, and the system is under normal processing, the dosage should be 10-30mg/L. It is usually mixed use with pre-film agent SPJ-6520. Packing and storage Packing and storage The product is packed in 25L or 200L plastic drums, or packed according to customers’ requirements. It should be kept in cool, ventilated warehouses. Guaranty period: one year. The product is acid, so it can’t mix-use with strong alkaline, oxidizing, reducing substances. Users should wear personal protective equipment such as: rubber gloves, goggles, gas masks and chemical aprons when use the product. The product should be sealed when not in use.
