Brief introduction
SPJ-HS-1 neutralization inhibitor is composed of organic amines, imidazoline, anti-emulsifier and other additives. It can neutralize the acid material at the condensation zone which at the top of the distillation tower. It can also form a film on the metal surface and can control acid corrosion and under-deposit corrosion of the low-temperature Naphtha area at the top of the tower.

Applicable scope
This product is mainly used to control the HCl-HS-H2O system corrosion of condenser cooling system and follow-up equipment in refinery atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit, to avoid fouling caused by deposition of ammonium salt and secondary corrosion.
Usage
(1) Pump the SPJ-HS-1 into the inhibitor tank, fill water in it, configure to the required concentration of solution. Using metering pump injected the solution to the overhead gas line of the tower, control the condensate pH at 5.5~6.5.
(2) Suggested dosage of the SPJ-HS-1 is 15-30ppm (relative to crude oil). Dosage depend on the nature of the crude oil, the higher the pH, sulfur content and salt content in desalted are, the more the inhibitor needed. The pH of the condensate should between 5.6 and 6.5.
(3) We suggest users double the usage 2-3 weeks after the production started. This will make the inhibitor form a film on the metal, can reduce the acid corrosion.
Packing and store
1. Packed in nylon plastic drum or iron drum, net weight is 200kg.
2. Keep it at sealed, dark, cool dry places. It can’t be exposed to anionic surfactants, oxidizing agents and acid material.
3. Transit as general chemicals. Guaranty period: one year.
