Enamel water tank (also known as: enamel steel water tank) is is made of high qualified steel plate stamping into standard module, through high heat sintering enamel, make water tank panel forming dense glaze layer, and interpermeate between steel interface ion, mixture formation thickness of about 200-300 microns of diffusion layer, increased the enamel surface adhesion strength.

Selection and using

1.Supply your water tank sizes ,the position of connective pipes and pipe diameter.

2.The water tank can be supplied with the whole sets.

3.Use water storage temperature for 4-65°c.

4.Without other  weldments inside and outside the tank,avoiding destroying the enamel surface.

5. The tank should be cleaned regularly ,When testing the water to prevent debris into the box
6.Users with the tank to take over the position of the seams on the board, the company shall be adjusted, pipe diameter is constant.

Installation and test

1. The water inlet pipe and outlet pipe and overflow pipe diameter, location is determined by the design.

2. The channel around the water tank shall be not less than 600 mm, and the box at 

the bottom aand the top is no less than 500 mm.

3.Water injection test, close the outlet pipe and drain pipe, open the inlet pipe, full, after 24 hours don't ooze water is qualified.
