Product Description   

Material:The panel is carbon steel sheet made by ramming craft;

The size of the panel is: 1000*1000mm,1000*500mm, 500*500mm.

The thickness of the panel mainly includes: 5mm, 4.5mm, 3mm, 2.5mm, 2mm, 1.5mm. It is 

different according to the tank dimension. 

Flanges: The sectional panels shall be pressed to double flanges at the angles of 45 degree and 90 degree to the face of the plate on four sides.

Reinforcement Method: All tanks are internally braced with angle stays to endure the rigidity of 

the tank when filled with the water. The Top panel is supported by top panel support, which shall be made of hot-dipped.

 Selection and using

1.Supply your water tank sizes ,the position of connective pipes and pipe diameter.

2.The water tank can be supplied with the whole sets.

3.Use water storage temperature for 4-65°c.

4.Without other  weldments inside and outside the tank,avoiding destroying the enamel surface.

5. The tank should be cleaned regularly ,When testing the water to prevent debris into the box
6.Take over the position of the seams on the board, the company shall be adjusted,pipe

   diameter is constant.

Installation and test

1. The water inlet pipe and outlet pipe and overflow pipe diameter, location.

2. The channel around the water tank shall be not less than 600 mm, and the box at the bottom       and the top is no less than 500 mm.

3.Water injection test, close the outlet pipe and drain pipe, open the inlet pipe, full, after 24 

   hours don't ooze water is qualified.
